Common questions.
How is my estimate worked out?
You pick your device, its storage or configuration, your carrier and the condition, and we quote from our current price table. It takes under a minute, needs no account, and commits you to nothing.
Will the price change when you see the device?
Only if the device differs from what you described. We confirm the condition in person before making a final offer, and we explain any difference. If you don't like the revised number, you aren't obliged to sell.
My device has damage. Can you still buy it?
Often, yes. Cracked screens, worn batteries and cosmetic damage are all normal for devices we buy. Tell us what's wrong when you get in touch and we'll quote it properly rather than guessing.
What can't you buy?
Anything still locked to an account. Activation Lock, Find My, iCloud lock or corporate MDM enrolment all have to be fully removed before we can make an offer, because a locked device can't be resold or reset. Get in touch if you're not sure how to remove it. It's usually quick.
What happens to my data?
You should back up and sign out of your accounts before handing the device over. Devices we purchase are wiped before resale. Don't send us passwords, and don't include account details in an enquiry form.
