Why the estimate might change.
An estimate is built from what you tell us. An offer is built from what we find. Most of the time those match and nothing moves.
When they don't, it's usually because the device's condition turns out to be different from the grade selected, or there's a fault that wasn't obvious: a worn battery, a replaced part, or an account still signed in on the device.
If the number changes we explain why, in person, before anything is agreed. You're free to walk away at that point. We'd rather that than a sale someone regrets.
